２日間での滞在時間は１４時間。

なので、１４時間の中でいらっしゃるであろう大切な１人のお客様を静かに待つ。
この一瞬の出会いのために、スリッパをただして、トイレを磨き、ほこりを取り、髪の毛をキメ・・・呼吸を整える。
私は、週末で一人の「お客様」と出会えれば最高と思っている。

自分のファンになって頂けるように
体中の神経を集中させる。

もっと言うと誉めたりしないし、この物件を勧めたりもしない。

お客様が物件の悪い場所を指摘したら、(私も同感の場合）それに合わせて、同調する。

多分、不動産業じゃなくても、どんなｻｰﾋﾞｽ業でも、不必要な発言をする営業ﾏﾝってなんだか苦手なんだよね。
