まだ１ヶ月もたってない。
２０日もたってない。
相当な期間、タバコと離れた気がする。
本日禁煙１９日目。
ここ数日の症状。
１．車に乗ってもタバコがない事への違和感がなくなった。
２．食事をしたあとにタバコを吸わない事への違和感がなくなった。
３．１日中何かを食べてるようになった。
→随分とお腹周りが太くなった。
涼しげに書いたものの、１日４０本以上吸っていた後遺症は大きく、「タバコ吸いてーーーー！」と心の中で叫ぶ事は変わらない。何度も叫ぶね。
どうも禁煙中の諸先輩達に聞くと、「タバコ吸いてーーー！」という気持ちは何年たっても消えない・・・らしい。ニコチンの体・脳への依存性はすごいな。
今日は２６日に決済を迎える新築マンションのお部屋の中を確認しに洗足へ。
３ヶ月くらい取りかかってたお客さん。
ようやく決済を迎えられる。
